 How
big a tent do I need?
The
size of the tent is determined by various factors; number of
people; size of tables; stage, etc.
Please call us and we assist you in determining the size of the tent
you will require; we can supply you with a CAD-drawing of your tent.

Can
we install the tents ourselves?
No,
we install our own tents.

Do
we need a site inspection?
Yes,
you can call one of our tent specialists to book a site inspection
to decide with you the best location of the tent.
It is the customer's responsibility to call “ Alberta First Call “ (1
800 242 3447) no less than five (5) business days prior to the set
up date. It is a free service that locates underground utilities.
The customer is responsible for marking septic systems, irrigations
lines
or other private lines.

What
is the different between a frame tent and a pole tent?
A
pole tent is a tension tent that is set up with interior center
poles and must be staked into the ground, a frame tent is a free
standing tent with no interior poles.

When
do you install and remove a tent for my event?
We
will normally install the tent one or two days prior to your event;
pick up of your tent would normally be the next business day following
the event.

What
about access to the site?
Please
remember that most tent installations require us to be able to
drive right up to where we need to work due to the size and weight
of the tent and equipment.

What
kind of wall the tent is install with?
We
always install half of the tent with plain wall and half with French
windows walls.

Do
we need a permit?
Yes,
you do if you are setting up within the city of Calgary city limits
please refer to our permit

Does
GreatEvents Tents require a deposit?
Yes,
we require a non-refundable 50 % deposit when you book the tent
and the balance before the set up date.

Does
the price include delivery and set up?
Yes,
the price does include setup & takedown of tents. Local delivery
is free of charge. Any delivery outside of the local area will
be charged based upon distance.

Can
the sidewalls be moved or removed by me?
Yes,
you can remove them or slide them to one size by unbuckling them.
